Stealth Humanoid Robotics Startup
As the second mechanical engineer on the team, I owned the design of entire humanoid subsystems that have were shipped to customers in December 2025. My contributions include: - Redesigning the humanoid’s torso to package high-voltage electronics whilst balancing form, aesthetics, and IP52 requirements - Designing the humanoid’s neck after evaluating actuators, mechanisms, and making design tradeoffs - Building a battery monitoring system for the humanoid through current-based sensing and state of charge estimation - Exploring and prototyping novel designs for a lighter and slimmer humanoid wrist - Creating and exporting robot assemblies into URDFs and validating joint functionality on IsaacSim
