My newfound passion for humanoid robotics led me to this opportunity to design and build humanoids at a stealth humanoid robotics startup in Palo Alto.

As the second mechanical engineer on the team,I owned the design of entire humanoid subsystems that are going to be shipped to customers in December. My contributions include:

- Redesigning the humanoid’s torso to package high-voltage electronics whilst balancing form and aesthetics
- Designing the humanoid’s neck after evaluating actuators, mechanisms, and making design tradeoffs
- Building a battery monitoring system for the humanoid through current-based sensing
- Exploring and prototyping novel designs for a lighter and slimmer humanoid wrist
